- My name is Ben Laughlin, and I am the owner and draftsperson at AJM Drafting Services. My background in the building industry began on the tools as a contract carpenter, working directly on job sites and interpreting plans into real construction. This hands-on experience naturally evolved into a passion for drafting and designing new homes. With a practical understanding of how buildings come together, I create clear, accurate and buildable plans that support a smoother approval process and confident construction. My focus is on designing functional, comfortable and liveable spaces tailored to Tasmanian conditions and my clients’ needs.
